Rishi Sunak The Chancellor of the Exchequer has this week announced that there will be no stamp duty payable until the end of March 2021 on properties upto £500,000 in value. This is up from the current threshold of £125,000. This could be excellent news for anyone looking to buy or sell a property in Bromley or the surrounding areas.
